BFS-265 level sensor is an ODM level sensor product used to detect the water level for evaporate coolers. It works easily and reliably to output continuous monitoring signal to controller or level indicator when the float rises and falls with the variation of water level. This design could be used in other applications with most of non-corrosive liquid in tank.

The level sensors offer several advantages, including:
Level Control:
it outputs continuous signal of the water level, user will know how much water left in the machine without the need of opening the tank. it helps protect equipment from damage or mal-function caused by extremely low or high water levels.
Temperature display:
the sensor could consist of optional NTC (water temperature resistor) in the PCBA inside; it outputs the corresponding resistance, and user can read the precise water temperature from the machine.
Easy instalaltion:
we offer "L" shape braket for user to easily install the sensor on the tank.

Installing a level sensor involves several key steps:
Choose the proper mounting Location:
Select an appropriate spot for the sensor where it can accurately measure the water level, avoiding obstructions.
Prepare the Site:
Clean the installation area to ensure a secure fit and prevent interference.
Mount the Sensor:
Follow the manufacturer’s guidelines step-by-step to securely mount the sensor.Ensure it works in consistence with pre-defined tank's EMPTY and FULL.
Connect Wiring:
Properly connect the sensor to the power supply and control system, adhering to safety standards. We could put integrated connector in design if needed.
Test the Sensor:
After installation, test the sensor to check&ensure it responds correctly to water level changes.
Calibrate:
If necessary, calibrate the sensor according to the manufacturer’s instructions for precise readings.
Regular Maintenance:
Establish a routine to check and maintain the sensor for optimal performance periodically, such as visual inspection and cleansing.
